On your computer, open&nbsp;<strong>\u30c7\u30d0\u30a4\u30b9\u30de\u30cd\u30fc\u30b8\u30e3\u30fc<\/strong>&nbsp;and find the board\u2019s COM port.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take note of the COM port for the device named \u201cPorts (COM &amp; LPT)\u201d (such as \u201cCOM4\u201d). On the monitor, start a new terminal window, input&nbsp;<code>echo hello &gt;\/dev\/ttyS1<\/code>. You can see&nbsp;<strong>hello<\/strong>&nbsp;on your computer, which means that the TX interface of Core 3588E works properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>On Mac and Ubuntu<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 1. Connect to Core 3588E using a serial communication tool (Picocom).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(On Mac) Open a terminal, input&nbsp;<code>picocom -b 9600 \/dev\/tty.usb<\/code>,&nbsp;and press the tab key for auto completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(On Ubuntu) Open a terminal, input&nbsp;<strong><code>picocom -b 9600 \/dev\/ttyUSB<\/code><\/strong>,&nbsp;and press the tab key for auto completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2.  Press <strong>\u5165\u308b<\/strong> to execute this command.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following is an example of the command and the output on macOS.
